Easter at our house!

The Easter bunny came to visit Heyward this year!

Heyward wore a beautiful suit that his Daddy wore at his age in Aunt Kathy's wedding. He was very handsome and almost the same size his Daddy was!

After church he had to put on his new shoes and shades! Very cool!!!

We are so in love with our new baby! As you can see...so are the grandparents and big brother Heyward. He had LOTS of fun in the hospital room, as you can see he made a hiding place out of a drawer!

Easter egg hunt #2, 3, and 4

Here are some shots from other Easter Egg Hunts Heyward went to. One was Virginia Ann's annual Egg Hunt and it was so much fun! Then we attended the Greater Heights Baptist Church cook out and Egg Hunt and the last one was Anna Bowen's First Birthday party and Egg Hunt! This Easter was so much fun with Heyward. He did such a good job Egg Hunting and it makes me even more excited for the rest of the Holidays with Heyward this year!

Easter Egg Hunt #1

Becee and Bop took Heyward to St. Luke's annual Easter Egg Hunt this morning. There was egg hunting, games, story time, crafts, prizes and snacks. Heyward found 11 eggs and won the big bunny of jelly beans for guessing closest to the correct number. Well, he guessed that there were 2 jelly beans and after trying to explain there were many more than 2, we settled on 2,000 and won! He had a great time. Thank you Becee and Bop!

Happy Birthday to Daddy

D's birthday was yesterday and we celebrated with a fabulous dinner at Becee and Bops house. It was so nice out and I got a few good pictures. Happy 28th Birthday D! We love you!

Angels among us

Yesterday, I received a disturbing call at work that Ashley had been in a wreck and was being taken to the hospital. I was relieved to see her when I got there and to learn that she didn't have any serious injuries. She is bruised, cut and banged up pretty badly, but is doing just fine. She flipped her car while on the way to class in Columbia on the back roads and from the looks of her car and the 3 mailboxes she took out in the process, there was definitely an angel riding with her. Thank you God for watching over Ashley.

oh my....boys!

So...we got dressed last weekend to go out to lunch with Becee and Bop and while we were waiting on them D and Hey decide to go begin cleaning out D's truck. The next thing I know they are both under the hood and Heyward is filthy with black stuff all over his face, hands and clothes. These pictures don't really do justice. I hope Laurie Beth will stay clean and neat and not get into grease with her daddy. Although she'll probably be right there with them under the hood in her pink bow and Lily Pulitzer dress smeared with grease and dirt!

Church Trip to Fundaygo!

Heyward loves Fundaygo and had a blast at our church outing.
